DESCRIPTION

The position is responsible for preparing, negotiating, and administering multiple contracts pertaining to the various key physician partners and vendors. This would include working with the contract through all phases until completion (pre-proposal through closeout) with a variety of physician partners and vendors, which will include being responsible for accurate payment preparation of Providence South Division physician contracts. The incumbent performs risk assessments of proposal/contract terms and conditions. They will also be responsible to formulate and execute strategies to minimize potential risks and maximize value and expenditure to the business.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or equivalent educ/experience
• 5 years experience in Contract Management or a blend of healthcare and/or corporate contracting responsibilities.
• 1 year project management and/or team management experience in a Leadership role.
• 1 year proven experience in leading teams through large projects.
