We’re looking for a Senior Contract Support Partner to lead a team responsible for high-volume invoicing and billing, ensuring accuracy, strong financial control, and delivery against KPIs and SLAs. About the Role In this role, you will: Lead, manage and develop a team of Contract Support Partners Set KPIs, SLAs and performance targets aligned to business objectives Monitor team productivity, accuracy and overall performance Oversee end-to-end invoicing and weekly billing submissions Ensure invoices are accurate, validated and processed within deadlines Act as escalation point for complex billing and reconciliation issues Manage stakeholder relationships across finance, ops and supply chain Oversee query resolution and ensure timely communication Maintain strong financial controls, audit trails and compliance Monitor reporting, track performance trends and highlight risks Drive continuous improvements across billing processes and systems This is a role where your leadership, attention to detail, and ability to drive results will make a real impact.
