Job Description Due to exciting project opportunities, BESIX Watpac are seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team in Brisbane. The key responsibilities of this position include: Arrange and run the trade package tendering process including compilation and approval of tender documents and proposed tender list, issue of documents, receipt of tenders, comparison of tenders and submission of tender recommendations for approval. Prepare contract documents for trade packages. Prepare the submission of monthly consolidated reporting in the areas of cash flow forecasting, variation status, contractual matters and cost analysis/reports. Arrange and run the administration of variation claims and progress claims under the Head Contract and Subcontract Agreements. Address matters relating to contract conditions under the Head Contract and Subcontract Agreements and liaise with the Project and Commercial Manager to ensure internal cost controls are being maintained. Qualifications The incumbent in this role will require the following qualifications and experience: Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or relevant experience. Demonstrated experience in leading contracts administration on large building projects including mentoring and supervising others. Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business, working effectively as part of a team. Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening and decision-making skills.
