Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Our Project Delivery Group is a collective force, combining expertise in construction, commercial, engineering, project management, studies, and rail. We create and deliver projects that optimise safety, efficiency, effectiveness, and capacity for CBH’s supply chain infrastructure.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to support the project delivery team.
You will be working on multiple projects across the PDG rail portfolio requiring design, technical support, and governance.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Providing timely insights and feedback to internal customers and stakeholders regarding project costs
  • Manage contracts, including drafting, negotiating terms, and reporting
  • Administering Pre-Award, Tendering, Execution and Post-Award including processing variations, extension of time, payment claims and other claim management responsibilities.
  • Providing a level of guidance and advice to relevant stakeholders, internal and external as well other team members
