Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing contract execution for both immediate and upcoming opportunities, while managing competitive rates and contracts. You will develop and implement effective contract strategies, leveraging your experience with Tier 1 EPCM projects and large-scale construction phases. Your excellent stakeholder management and communication skills will foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of contract strategies to support business objectives and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage complex contracts from negotiation through to execution, ensuring all terms and conditions are met and risks are minimized.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate contract negotiations and resolve any disputes that may arise.
  • Oversee contract execution for immediate and upcoming opportunities, ensuring competitive rates and terms are achieved.
  • Provide expert advice on contract law and negotiation to support business development and sales efforts.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Utilize strong stakeholder management skills to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ensure meticulous review and drafting of contracts to minimize risks and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
