Job Description

1. Providing technical support and advice during the preparation and implementation of the division's operational plans .
2. Preparing standards related to the provision of the organization’s purchases and disposal of its assets, in accordance with best practices applied in this regard .
3. Providing advice during the preparation and review of contract templates and agreements that the organization concludes with other parties regarding procurement and services .
4. Analyzing and classifying the required purchases in terms of quality and price in coordination with the relevant organizational unit .
5. Suggesting the appropriate method for purchasing and disposing of assets .
6. Preparing analytical studies of procurement and service contracts, their challenges and disputes, and identifying the reasons for their loopholes from legal perspectives, in coordination with the Legal Affairs Office .
7. Reviewing procurement and service contracts and adding the necessary updates to ensure the institution's interests are protected and to avoid any future disputes .

Qualifications and Skills

Qualifications :

• Master's/Bachelor's/Diploma in Law, Finance or equivalent .

Experiences :

• Master's degree: Requires (3) years of experience in the field of contracts and procurement .
• Bachelor's degree: Requires (5) years of experience in the field of contracts and procurement .
