At AECOM, we’re currently recruiting a Senior Contracts Manager to join our team in Dublin. The role will be based on site for three days per week, with the remaining two days worked remotely. This is a key leadership role where you’ll provide commercial and contractual expertise across major projects, supporting delivery from tender stage through to final account. What you’ll do Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but won’t be limited to: Managing contract administration from tendering through to final assessment Ensuring full compliance with NEC contract terms and Contracting Entity standards Leading contractual negotiations and supporting procurement strategies Overseeing contractor and consultant performance against KPIs and incentive mechanisms Reviewing compensation events, payment applications, and cost forecasts Supporting claims management and dispute resolution processes Building, mentoring, and leading a team of Contract Administrators Qualifications Ready to push the limits of what’s possible? We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong background in our primary infrastructure markets, including aviation. As the successful candidate, you will bring the following qualifications and experience: Postgraduate qualification, ideally in Project Management, Construction, Engineering or Quantity Surveying Extensive experience in contract management, including a minimum of three years’ experience working with NEC contracts A strong track record delivering infrastructure and/or aviation projects Proven capability in performance monitoring, claims management and commercial reporting Additional Information About AECOM AECOM is the world’s trusted infrastructure consulting firm, delivering professional services throughout the project lifecycle – from advisory, planning, design and engineering to program and construction management.
