We have a fantastic opportunity for a PFI Senior Contract Manager to join our team based in Bicester - Bicester Community Hospital PFI.
The role is a permanent position working 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm, hybrid between working from home, the office and the customer sites.
The salary is starting from £60,000 plus £3,500 car allowance, up to 10% bonus and 27 days annual leave.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
The PFI Senior Contract Manager (SCM) plays a critical role at NHS PS acting as the Trust Representative for their assigned portfolio. The SCM will review documentation and inspect plant to ensure Project Companies are complying with requirements of the Project agreement, Health Technical Memorandums and British Standards. The (SCM) will ensure safe and reliable Facilities now and through to Contract Expiry. This role has one direct report, a Contract Manager, and works alongside 7 other Senior Contract Managers as well as multiple Contract Managers within the team. The SCMs and CMs as a team are the conduit/representative between Trusts, Clients and Tenants and the Service Providers/SPV’s who deliver services for our customers. The SCMs provide expert specialist (Project Agreement) expertise to Project Co, colleagues, tenants, Directors and senior management. The SCM will undertake the role of Trust Representative as detailed in the Project Agreement. The PFI team is made up of specialists and team contributors, and whilst PFI Senior Contracts Managers will have their own designated contracts, they will operate nationally as a team, using their individual specialist skills and experience to contribute where required.
