REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in interior fit out and furniture is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in contract law, legal terms, and business practices.
• Strong skills in assessing, identifying, and mitigating contractual and commercial risks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership skills.

• Review, and negotiate commercial agreements, ensuring terms are advantageous and compliant.
• Analyze contracts to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Oversee the commercial aspects of projects management from the proposal stage to the conclusion stage by managing tenders and contracts to ensure compliance with procedures, including providing advice on rates and contractual matters pertaining to submission of competitive bids to secure contracts.
• Responsible for the preparation of cost estimates for projects and the monitoring of projects progress and expenditure to ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Analyze contract data and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to QS to enhance team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
• Develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth contract administration and achieve common goals.
