Description

We’re seeking a dynamic and talented Senior Contracts Manager to join our UK subsidiary (Tipalti Europe Ltd.). As an integral part of the Tipalti Legal team, this position will have primary responsibility for serving Tipalti’s European sales and procurement functions through commercial contracting across the region. As the department’s first non-lawyer legal professional in the region, this position will also support legal operations initiatives and projects relevant to the franchise’s growth within Europe.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven contracts professional to join Tipalti’s Legal team of 15 (based in Canada, Europe and the U.S.), who are passionate about all things fintech and helping Tipalti deliver great financial automation tools to a growing client base. This role will be collaborative across all regions, but primarily focused on European business activity.
This is a hybrid in-office role in Tipalti’s London location (3 days in, 2 days from home), and is a great opportunity to develop and grow the in-house commercial transactions practice in that office, within the payments industry, and beyond.
