Your Responsibilities: Independently negotiate commercial contracts, with a focus on software, cloud, and services agreements. You will closely collaborate with internal stakeholders to efficiently bring deals to successful closure. Skillfully represent both company and customer/vendor interests, leveraging your autonomy to resolve issues swiftly while managing business risks effectively. Support the team in general corporate legal matters, including corporate governance, regulatory requirements, and compliance. Utilize sound judgement and a wide range of information to address contractual issues, actively contributing to project and process improvement initiatives as well as the development of policies and procedures. Your Profile: Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S. or equivalent) in law is required. Fluency in both German and English (oral and written) is essential; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. Experience and enthusiasm for transactional work, related legal matters, process optimization, and technology in general. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver value across multiple projects simultaneously. Proactive self-starter with strong project ownership who enjoys working across departments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Responsibilities

Independently negotiate commercial contracts focusing on software, cloud, and services agreements while collaborating with internal stakeholders. Support the team in corporate legal matters and contribute to project and process improvement initiatives.
