PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Experience with AutoCAD, Comos, SmartPlant Instrumentation, and Siemens PLC programming.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Project Delivery
  • Lead the design, engineering, and execution of complex automation projects.
  • Ensure compliance with scope, schedule, and cost requirements.
  • Select and specify control instruments and control valves for complex industrial systems, considering performance, reliability, and safety requirements.
  • Develop and manage procurement packages for automation components, ensuring technical accuracy, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.
  • Develop and review critical engineering documentation, including control philosophies, system architecture, P&IDs, and ISA loop diagrams.
  • Conduct SIL validations, and system commissioning.
  • Support clients from project inception to commissioning and operational handover, ensuring value delivery at every stage.
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting and problem resolution during project execution.
  • Business Development & Client Engagement
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities focused on industrial automation and control system projects.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their automation needs and challenges.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, positioning Hatch as a leader in advanced automation solutions, including control system upgrades, optimization strategies, and smart industrial technologies.
  • Develop technical proposals and present tailored automation solutions, showcasing Hatch’s value proposition.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project scopes, system requirements, and technology roadmaps for automation projects.
  • Lead discussions around automation transformation and migration strategies, and system integration to modernize client operations.
  • Partner with internal teams to align automation strategies with broader project execution goals.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends in automation technologies, including advancements in PLC/DCS systems, smart instrumentation, and digitalization.
