Job Description & Summary MSO Internal Control Testing team is a rapidly developing team consisting of experts in the area of internal control, processes and IT systems. We carry out projects related to verifying the effectiveness of internal control from the perspective of business and IT processes. We identify, analyze and manage business and IT risks for clients from various sectors around the world. We are looking for: Senior Control Testing Specialist with German Your future role: Performing tests of internal controls design (round 1) and conduction of walkthroughs with the process owners, Performing test of business process controls and IT controls effectiveness (round 2), roll-forward testing, Taking part in remediation and deficiency mitigation process and proactive work with the process owners to determine the efficiency of the implemented measures, Conducting audit projects for the largest global clients, Overseeing the team during the engagements and performing the quality review of work. Apply if you have: A university degree or during studies in Finance, Accounting, IT or a related field, Experience in compliance, risk management, audit, IT audit and/or IT controls for at least 4 years, Compliance knowledge along with deep hands-on technical knowledge of working with multiple business processes, Proficiency in English, enabling fluent communication both verbally and in writing, and a minimum of C1 level in German, Analytical thinking skills, accuracy and good work organization, Strong proficiency in using new technologies and AI‑based tools in your daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content creation) Nice to have: Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations, Experience in Governance/Risk/Compliance.
