As a Senior Controller, you’ll work closely with our Head of Finance and department leaders to steer the financial success of our organization. Your insights and expertise will directly contribute to strategic growth, efficiency, and value creation. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Lead financial planning & budgeting – Develop, coordinate, and review financial plans and budgets, ensuring alignment with performance trends and future goals.
  • Drive data-driven decision-making – Conduct financial analyses, forecasts, and trend reports to identify opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Be the financial business partner – Support, coach, and challenge department heads, helping them make informed financial decisions.
  • Ensure financial accuracy – Oversee monthly and quarterly closings, collaborating with the TAG finance team.
  • Optimize processes & systems – Continuously improve ERP systems and reporting tools to enhance accuracy, speed, and compliance.
  • Foster a culture of compliance & excellence – Promote best practices and ensure alignment with financial regulations.

Your Profile:

  • A degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance & Controlling.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex financial concepts for all stakeholders.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset – you see opportunities where others see challenges.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Synergies, PowerBI, or similar financial tools.
  • Solid understanding of finance processes, controlling techniques, and basic accounting principles.
  • Strong communication skills in English and French– you can translate numbers into meaningful insights.
