Description
Lead and act with the local finance team and ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations (local GAAP, IFRS, and Infineon standards). Drive budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting processes for Cegléd site. Provide proactive financial analysis and business partnering to support local operations and strategic initiatives. Ensure accurate and timely financial closing in coordination with shared service centers and corporate functions. Monitor and control site-related investments, cost structures, and performance KPIs. Act as financial advisor to the Site Management and interface to central functions (Controlling, Accounting, Treasury, Tax). Identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and drive digitalization within finance processes. Represent finance in audits and inspections (internal, external, tax). University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Sound knowledge of accounting principles (local GAAP and IFRS) and controlling methods. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, hands-on mentality. Excellent communication skills in English; Hungarian and/or German isa plus. High level of integrity, leadership capabilities, and intercultural sensitivity.
