YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Successfully completed a degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in controlling or similar areas
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as an independent, reliable, and flexible working style
• Knowledge of SAP modules, Data Warehouse, and very good MS Office skills.
• Strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively communicate with various hierarchy levels
• Very good English skills, both spoken and written

Your place of work is the Hella Headquarters in Lippstadt. Here, you are active in the finance and controlling department and specifically advance the controlling activities of the holding division.

• For the globally responsible management of central functions, you are a competent contact person for the FORVIA HELLA senior management.
• You contribute to the preparation of the monthly reports and analyze the results of the area on a local and global level.
• In your area, you are responsible for preparing budget planning and forecasts and are the contact person for the global controlling network for the function.
• Furthermore, you prepare ad-hoc analyses and further develop existing controlling instruments.
• You work on overarching projects.
