This role will play a key part in the company’s financial operations, ensuring compliance with global accounting standards, and supporting strategic decision-making in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including preparation of consolidated financial statements under IFRS. Lead the statutory reporting to Israeli tax authorities Ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory, and tax requirements in Israel and internationally. Drive internal controls, SOX readiness, and audit processes, including coordination with external auditors. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Analyse financial results and provide insights to senior management and business stakeholders. Implement and improve accounting policies, procedures, and financial systems. Support M&A activities, integrations, and complex accounting transactions. Requirements CPA (Israel or equivalent) – mandatory. 2+ years of relevant experience, including experience in a global or public company environment post internship a must. Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards. High proficiency in ERP systems (Priority/SAP preferred) and Excel. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Background in Big 4 accounting firms – a must. Experienced working in a Nasdaq listed companies- a big advantage Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken). Nice to Have null
Responsibilities
The Senior Controller will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including preparing consolidated financial statements under IFRS and managing statutory reporting to Israeli tax authorities. This role is also responsible for driving internal controls, SOX readiness, audit coordination, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.
