Several years of professional experience in Controlling or Finance, ideally in a wholesale environment
Strong experience in financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
High level of ownership, proactivity, and a structured working style, with a strong attention to detail and hands on mentality
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-making
Proven track record as a business partner, confidently working with non-finance stakeholders
Solid understanding of financial KPIs and business performance drivers
Experience in developing business cases and investment analyses
Advanced MS Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) is an Advantage
