Your future job
You will be responsible for the controlling cycle for selected cost centers at our headquarters and/or in selected foreign sales affiliates of the Croma Group:
Budgets, forecasts, monthly and quarterly reports
Deviation analyses and ad-hoc requests
Identification of optimization measures and monitoring their implementation
Sparring partner for the interface departments at head office and country managers within your area of responsibility
Product cost calculations and profitability analysis
Further controlling specialization will be considered depending on qualifications (e.g. Power BI or working capital monitoring)
Your qualifications and skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in controlling, preferably within a manufacturing environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; German language skills are a plus
Structured and independent working style, with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts
Skilled at balancing attention to detail with a broader strategic perspective
Your asset
Experience with SAP is an advantage
Familiarity with Power BI or similar data analytics tools
High level of personal responsibility, reliability, and flexibility
Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking abilities
Strong process orientation with a focus on solutions and innovation
Ideally, experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
We offer
Collective agreement for the chemical industry, 38 hours a week - the minimum gross salary according to the CA is EUR 58.199,96 for this position. The actual salary depends on the specific qualification and experience.
