Your skillset - as strong as our protein Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Controlling Several years of experience in Controlling, ideally within FMCG, trading or manufacturing Proficiency in SAP, Power BI and LucaNet Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English, German is a plus Business partner mindset with a proactive hands-on approach Ready to perform? Your tasks with MAXXimum focus Strategic & operational Partner with the Finance Director in managing group-wide financial performance Lead and coordinate controlling activities for domestic and international entities Deliver high-quality reports, forecasts, and variance analysis Provide actionable insights and recommendations to management Contribute to investment and performance improvement initiatives Digital & Collaborative Enhance and standardize controlling process Drive automation and digitalization through Power BI, SAP and LucaNet Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Analytics and Management Board
