With your experience you will be the first point of contact for operational, technical and knowledge-based questions within the team. You will support and guide colleagues in the processes of the activities and share the responsibility for the continuous improvement and quality of the results. Responsibilities
  • Supports defining the team strategy and team goals and targets (vision, mission) along with a roadmap (improvements, projects, developments etc.)
  • Holds process ownership and enforces end-to-end process application
  • Facilitates the creation of a framework for service delivery and the steering of a KPI-based work model
  • Coordinates the operational and functional knowledge-sharing in the team (knowledge transfer sessions)
  • Documentation of business processes and process changes (functional perspective)
  • Responsible for onboarding of systems for new team members as well as for employee assessments and end-of-probation meetings
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for improvement, standardization, and digitalization within the operations, and takes the lead in initiating process changes to drive progress
  • Conduct analysis to identify the underlying causes of issues and proactively develop effective solutions
  • Fosters a collaborative environment that encourages the exchange of ideas and knowledge along with cross-functional cooperation and an efficient information flow along diferent functions and BUs
  • Supports the development and implementation of internal controls and compliance measures
