We are looking for a fund accountant/controller (m, f, d) as Senior Controller PE Funds Aufgaben Review net asset value (NAV) calculations, waterfalls and financial packages / Process and monitor all capital calls and distributions from target investments / Monitor cash flows and capital calls / Monitor transactions and review valuations / Monitor financial performance / Monitor distributions to investors / Review financial information, including financial statements for private equity funds / provide qualitative analysis and commentary / Review reports generated by systems / Serve as contact point for senior management and investors / Resolve issues and ensure timely and accurate processing of queries / Coordinate administration and documentation with legal department and audit procedures. Qualifikation Master's degree in Accounting or Finance / CPA or ACCA an advantage / Solid work experience in a BigFour firm in fund audit, fund industry or asset management in a bank / Experience in fund accounting and knowledge of analytical methodology / Work experience with private market portfolios / Understanding of complex financial instruments, valuation and reporting concepts / Work experience with external service providers / Analytical personality with attention to detail and solution orientation / High motivation and interest in innovation and new processes / Strong coordination skills / Passion for PE funds / Strong interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication skills / Good German and English language skills.
