Job Description You will be responsible for: Prepare and coordinate local and group reporting Perform detailed P&L, CAPEX or Net Working Capital analyses and corresponding variance analyses Support to enhance data accuracy, transparency and data consolidation activities Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, e.g. by preparing templates, data and monitoring process Manage and monitor cost allocations Support internal control processes (review control documentation, perform quality checks and follow up) Prepare management and business review presentations Collaborate closely with international teams and cross-functional departments Qualifications Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Several years of relevant experience in Controlling / FP&A (ideally more than 3 years) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Dynamic, proactive, and hands-on mindset Profound Excel skills and strong technical competence, i.e. high system affinity and ideally experience working with financial systems (e.g., ERP, BI tools) Service-oriented attitude with good communication skills Fluent in English (written and spoken) Ability to work effectively in an international and intercultural environment Additional Information Stable employment based on an employment contract with fixed business hours, Mon–Fri (08:00/09:00 – 16:00/17:00), in a rapidly growing company within the SSC sector.
