We are looking for a Senior Controller to manage and optimize our financial processes at Smart Robotics. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our full financial administration while working closely in cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Service.
This is a hands-on role for a senior finance professional who thrives on structure, consistency, and data-driven process improvement. • Managing the monthly closing and preparing financial reports
• Handling VAT returns and ensuring compliance
• Maintaining the full financial administration, including accounts payable and receivable
• Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports and financial analyses
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative processes
• Acting as a point of contact for internal and external finance-related questions

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar financial role
• Strong knowledge of financial processes, reporting, and compliance
• Experience with AFAS software (required)
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accuracy
• Fluent in Dutch and in English
• Proactive, hands-on, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment
