SENIOR CONTROLS & AUTOMATION ENGINEER

Location: New London, MN (Hybrid Schedule Available)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Exempt
Salary Range: $90,000 – $140,000/year

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related field
  • 5+ years of experience with Allen Bradley PLC programming
  • Strong knowledge of ControlLogix & FactoryTalk View platforms
  • Basic CAD proficiency and solid Microsoft Office skills
  • Physically able to use ladders/lifts and tools; able to travel internationally
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

As a key member of our engineering team, you’ll take the lead on controls and automation projects from design through programming and commissioning. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and project managers to bring systems to life—on time and within scope.

  • Program and integrate PLC and HMI systems (Allen Bradley, FactoryTalk View, etc.)
  • I/O check out in the field
  • Controls commissioning and startup of DSI equipment
  • Specifying and subcontracting control panels
  • Mentor team members and foster technical growth
