As a Senior Controls Technician, you will be responsible for commissioning, servicing, and engineering various installations to deliver and maintain high quality systems, whilst ensuring tasks are completed on time and always ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for controls upgrades, develop/write controls program and deliver small control upgrade projects - End to end project ownership. You will also assist the service team in quoting reactive works. Key Requirements: As a minimum you must have: Experience and strong knowledge of HVAC/BMS/CMS System Working knowledge of BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP and communication networks generally. A strong customer focus, work ethic and ability to provide a consistently high level of building maintenance support. Fault finding and problem-solving skills.
