Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE AS SENIOR CONVERSION CONSULTANT

As a Senior Conversion Consultant at Curamando Netherlands, you are a hands-on expert and trusted advisor in the field of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). You lead complex CRO projects, drive measurable business impact, and help shape the future of CRO in the age of AI. You combine a data-driven approach with strong commercial and advisory skills, and you are comfortable working directly with clients at all levels. You have extensive experience with CRO tooling and experimentation, and you are always looking for new ways to leverage AI and automation to optimize digital experiences.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Lead and deliver complex CRO projects for clients, from opportunity analysis to experimentation and implementation.
  • Helping clients transform into a data-driven organization, defining the right KPIs , aligning with business objectives, and how to measure it.
  • Independently set up, run, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests using leading CRO tools (e.g. Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, AB Tasty, Convert, or similar).
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data (GA4, heatmaps, session recordings, user feedback) and combine this with heuristics and expert knowledge to identify conversion bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
  • Advise clients on CRO strategy, experimentation roadmaps, and the integration of AI-driven solutions for optimization.
  • Engage key stakeholders and management with … presentations to turn insights into actions.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by exploring and implementing the latest AI and automation trends in CRO, such as predictive analytics, personalization, and generative AI for UX/content.
  • Mentor and coach junior CRO specialists and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams (UX, Analytics, Paid Media, SEO, Business Consulting and AI) to deliver holistic optimization solutions.
  • Identify and develop commercial opportunities with both existing and new clients, supporting business development.
