My client is seeking a talented and ambitious Senior Lawyer to build and lead a new Conveyancing team at their Swindon office. This exciting permanent, full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor with a proven track record in business development to make a significant impact and contribute to the firm’s growth strategy.

• Manage a varied and complex caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, ensuring clients receive high-quality, efficient service.
• Drive the growth of the residential property practice through proactive business development initiatives, networking opportunities, and expanding the firm’s presence in the local market.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients by offering personalised legal services and clear, effective communication throughout the process.
• Work closely with other members of the firm to provide a collaborative, seamless service to clients and maintain a high standard of work across the team.
• Supervise and support the development of junior members of the team, providing guidance, training, and leadership to ensure the continued success of the team.
