REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a cook or assistant chef in a café setting
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Must present a positive and professional attitude at all times
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays

• Prepare and cook dishes according to standard recipes
• Manage a specific kitchen section (e.g., grill, fryer, cold prep)
• Ensure consistency in food quality, hygiene, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your workstation
• Assist with daily ingredient preparation and stock checks
