We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Cook specializing in Chinese Sichuan cuisine to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing authentic Sichuan dishes and ensuring consistent quality and taste.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Over 10 years of experience in Chinese (Sichuan) cuisine
  • Experience working in multiple restaurant outlets is preferred
  • Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Familiar with Sichuan cooking techniques, spices, and flavors
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Able to work shifts
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of Sichuan dishes (hot dishes, cold dishes, stir-fry, soup, etc.)
  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet restaurant standards
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines
  • Assist in menu planning and seasonal dish development
