  Reports to: Manager Business Development Main Objectives: * Business development focuses on the tail customers who are encouraged to use our digital products and services more than other segments.  * Assist in boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients by using persuasive approaches and proposals to convert potential clients into business customers.  * Manage existing clients and ensure they stay satisfied and positive. * Serve as an incubator for sales talent, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.  * Bear clear understanding of hand over information to customer service and have the ability of handling quotations for onesies and twosies.    With a fleet of 313 modern container ships and a total transport capacity of 2.5 million TEU, Hapag-Lloyd is one of the world’s leading liner shipping companies.
