About the role: The Senior Coordinator, Finance will work within the central support team for DRS and is responsible for delivering high-level financial coordination, expert advice, and operational support across a complex and growing portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the role would be suitable for someone adaptable and collaborative as it combines analytical, operational, and leadership responsibilities. As a Senior Coordinator, you will: * High level analytical support, including forecasting and budgets * Undertake operational finance tasks as required * Analyse complex issues and negotiate effective solutions with stakeholders * Lead initiatives and drive improvement in processes and practices * Evaluate progress and adjust plans to achieve outcomes To be successful, you’ll have: * Postgraduate qualifications or extensive relevant experience and management expertise; or equivalent combination of experience and/or education/training * Experience leading programs or functions that drive improvement * Demonstrated high-level financial and analytical skills, including experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial governance * Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop staff, and contribute to a positive team culture * Demonstrated experience improving financial systems, processes, and workflows, with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and accuracy Here's how to apply: Please submit your updated resume and a short cover letter outlining your skills and experience.
