YOUR WORK AT JYSK

  • Professional coordination of fleet management with a focus on efficient processes, clear priorities and service-oriented implementation.
  • Responsibility for the entire vehicle lifecycle from procurement and vehicle handover to take-back and recycling 
  • Cost, damage and invoice management as well as monitoring of fleet costs
  • Management of service providers and partners, including workshops, car rental companies, insurance companies, tire and fuel suppliers.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and processes, as well as processing penalty notices and logbooks.
  • Identification and implementation of process optimizations to increase efficiency, quality and service in fleet management

 

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification as well as several years of professional experience in fleet management.
  • Experience in the professional coordination and management of projects and process improvements
  • Practical experience in fleet management systems; SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of processes and costs, as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
