Job Description About the job: This role will be based in Singapore and will report to the Platform Worker & Rider Regulations Manager. As the specialist for CPF and Platform Workers Insurance-related matters, your role will ensure that insurance claims are handled with care and on time. The work week consists of a 5-day work week with normal office hours. Responsibilities: Medical Claim and Payout procedure: Assess medical expense claims’/medical invoices’ validity Assess medical or hospital leave claims Initiate payout to Platform workers process upon claim validity Initiate reimbursement process from insurers Platform Workers Insurance-related matters : Coordinate and follow up on injury reports with claimant / Provide excellent service to our platform worker community to ensure missing information is being provided, and information is communicated Update and maintain the injury record system on a daily basis, and query for new injury claims from our database Manage our agents from our shared service centre that are one channel in which injuries are being reported, and adjust SOPs if necessary Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward all stakeholders at all times Responding promptly to Platform Workers' inquiries Manage the rider (Platform Worker) CPF payroll process — including payment processing, data verification, and reconciliation Maintain regular Platform Worker regulatory compliance inquiries and related administrative processes Come up with initiatives to improve the process along the way, as it is completely new / shape the injury process claim landscape in coordination with other stakeholders involved - Communicate closely with other teams (e.g. call centre, dispatching, HR and finance team) - Other ad-hoc duties as assigned Qualifications Requirements: Understanding of work injury related claims and process landscape Background of working in an insurance or house HR experience with a general expertise in employee claim procedures Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree Strong Excel and data management skills, SQL is a plus Flexible, dynamic and engaging, with strong interpersonal and communication skills Eye for details Enjoy working in a vibrant and fast-paced environment Willing to learn and adapt along the way within this new environment Has initiative, assertiveness and possess excellent interpersonal skills Additional Information What we offer: Challenging and fulfilling steep learning curve Vibrant, dynamic & international workplace Periodic fun & engaging company events & team activities Tasty Thursdays Birthday Leave Work Anniversar(ies) Leave Opportunity to be a value-adding contributor to this fast-growing global company
