Job Summary: As a ticket operations coordinator you will be working closely with ticket sales and marketing departments to help manage ticketing accounts, build ticket offers, and run reports. In this position you will be required to work events such as Atlanta Hawks games, Skyhawks games and State Farm Arena concerts and events. Customer service skills and the ability to solve problems are a must. This is a fast-paced environment where you will need to have a high attention to detail and be able to handle multiple tasks at once. Key Responsibilities: Ticket Operations & Premium Seating Support Manage the Ticket Operations and Premium Seating inboxes, responding to a high volume of requests (100+ emails per week). Support representatives in managing over 6,000 accounts by ensuring timely, accurate, and service-focused execution. Event Day Operations & Team Support Support event day operations by assisting in the oversight of 20+ part-time team members. Provide guidance as needed, help facilitate training, and assist in resolving more complex situations to deliver a seamless experience for fans and team members. Premium Accounts & Inventory Coordination Assist with the management of suite lease and premium reserve accounts, including reviewing contracts, ensuring accurate account setup, and supporting timely payment processing. Help maintain internal inventory, build suite rental events, and process suite orders within the suite management system. Reporting & Operational Support Pull and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to support business operations. Monitor key data points such as ticket types, outstanding balances, account credits, and parking, while identifying opportunities to improve reporting efficiency.
