As a self-starter who thrives in collaborative environments, you possess a growth mindset and can balance big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution. You’re comfortable crafting everything from short, punchy emails to in-depth website and blog content, always with a keen eye for detail and a focus on results. You have ideas and a point of view— and aren’t afraid to fail.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and refine brand strategies, positioning, and voice/tone for our products, programs, and services
  • Craft engaging content for various platforms, including website, marketing materials, email campaigns, video scripts, and events
  • Create compelling on-brand ad copy, landing pages, and marketing campaign materials that are optimized for SEO and conversion
  • Stay up to date on product, program, and service information to inform clear and accurate writing
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers and write with empathy and insight, showcasing your knowledge of our offerings
  • Manage multiple short-term and long-term deliverables/timelines effectively
  • Conduct thorough research to support content development
