This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 300000 - Rs 900000 (ie INR 3-9 LPA) Min Experience: 3 years Location: Bengaluru JobType: full-time This role is designed for a Senior Copywriter who takes full ownership of brand voice across performance, product, and content touchpoints. You will blend sharp writing skills with strong campaign thinking to create clear, engaging, and high-performing communication. The focus is on simplifying complex financial concepts into relatable, user-friendly narratives that drive both brand impact and measurable results across digital channels. Key Responsibilities Lead creative concepting for brand, social, and performance marketing campaigns across multiple formats Own, define, and continuously evolve the brand’s voice and tone across ads, website, product messaging, email, social media, and integrated campaigns Write high-impact performance copy for ads, landing pages, email journeys, push notifications, and lifecycle communications Conceptualize and script video content including product explainers, brand stories, and social-first creatives Translate complex financial concepts into simple, intuitive narratives without overwhelming users Collaborate closely with Design, Product, Growth, and Compliance teams to ensure accuracy, clarity, and regulatory alignment Edit, proofread, and maintain a consistently high quality bar across all written outputs Use performance metrics such as CTR, conversion rates, and engagement to optimize and iterate on copy Research industry trends, competitor messaging, and user behavior to keep communication relevant and differentiated What Makes You a Great Fit 3–5 years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in fintech, B2B SaaS, agencies, or digital-first brands A strong portfolio demonstrating both performance-driven and brand-led copy Proven ability to write across short-form and long-form formats with equal effectiveness Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and tight deadlines Excellent command of English; additional language proficiency is a plus Deep understanding of performance marketing and direct-response principles Ability to simplify complex financial or technical topics into engaging, user-centric content Strong editing skills with exceptional attention to detail Familiarity with SEO and conversion-focused copywriting frameworks Bonus exposure to ad platforms, lifecycle tools, messaging frameworks, and video- or social-first content ecosystems
