Description
Responsibilities Implement a range of communications programmes, including media publicity, public affairs and stakeholder engagement, in support of the Corporation’s Property BU’s strategic goals; Build good rapport with various community stakeholders in the role of District in charge, and handle relevant enquiries and complaints; Organise and support media and engagement events, and work closely with respective teams across departments to support corporate functions; Prepare communications materials, including presentation decks, press releases, newsletter stories, meeting minutes and property sales materials, as appropriate; Keep abreast of property industry news, monitor district sentiments under purview, prepare news summaries, and conduct related research on relevant government policies, legislation and political developments. Requirements Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or a related discipline; A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in corporate communications, public relations, community affairs or public engagement; experience in property related communications or working with property/business units would be an advantage; Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills; A fast learner with the ability to work independently and strong attention to detail; Good understanding of public affairs and the media landscape; Good proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
