Αs a Senior Corporate Communications Specialist, you will work closely with senior leadership, media partners and PR agencies to deliver storytelling that reflects our brand values, business priorities and innovation-driven culture. What you’ll do: Lead the design and execution of external communication and PR strategies in Greece and across key markets, aligned with Novibet’s corporate objectives Manage external PR agencies and collaborate with cross-market teams to implement integrated, 360° communication campaigns Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with national and international media, proactively securing high-value placements Oversee corporate participation in major industry events, conferences, expos and award submissions, ensuring consistent brand representation Monitor public sentiment, industry trends and media coverage, provide analysis and recommendations to the leadership team Support the development of crisis communication strategies and ensure preparedness across business units Contribute to content development for corporate channels, press materials, thought leadership pieces, and CSR-related initiatives Prepare senior executives for key media opportunities What you’ll bring: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or α related field 8+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or a related field, preferably in highly regulated sectors such as gaming, tech, or entertainment Proven track record in cross-border communications, with the ability to tailor messaging for diverse markets and audiences Strong media relations experience at national and international level Demonstrated ability to manage external agencies and internal stakeholders within a matrix structure Excellent writing, storytelling and content editing skills in both Greek and English; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus Crisis communication experience and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with strategic clarity What we offer We truly value our people at Novibet!
