Prepare responses for EEOC and other relevant agencies. Negotiate, draft, and implement employment policies and guidelines. Design and conduct training for management and employees on employment law and practices. Conduct internal investigations and provide analysis on trends. Offer proactive legal advice on global labor and employment law issues. Manage complex and sensitive projects related to employment policies and compliance. Requirements J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one state bar. 7+ years of legal experience in employment law. Extensive knowledge of federal and state employment laws. Strong communication skills to convey complex legal concepts clearly. Developed business insight to anticipate risks and prioritize effectively. Experience with AI tools for enhanced legal efficiency is preferred.
