DESCRIPTION Apple’s Corporate Law Group is looking for an experienced Senior Corporate Counsel, based in Singapore, to support Apple’s entities and regional expansion in the Asia Pacific region. In this role, you will work with a dynamic, experienced, and highly skilled team on matters impacting Apple’s business and operations in the Asia Pacific region, with a focus on corporate governance, entity management, business expansion, intercompany transactions, post-acquisition integrations, and complex corporate reorganizations. You will partner closely with Apple’s Finance, Tax, Treasury, Accounting, and Legal teams, providing legal support on a wide range of corporate matters in the region. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS LLB or equivalent law degree from a recognized university. Qualified lawyer with at least 8 years of strong legal experience advising on international legal entity structures, corporate governance, and statutory compliance. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS In-house experience at a multinational technology company and/or experience at a top-tier law firm. Strong experience managing subsidiary structures and corporate maintenance, including board/shareholder meetings, corporate filings, reorganizations, post-acquisition integrations, and liquidations. Familiarity with intercompany agreements, including capital contributions, intercompany lending, dividends and other distributions, and transfer pricing considerations. Experience supporting statutory audits and working with external auditors. Experience advising on corporate legal matters across multiple Asia Pacific jurisdictions. Collaborative, proactive, and curious, with a strong interest in technology and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with sound business judgment. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, practical advice for diverse audiences. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively in a fast-paced environment.
