Description The Senior Corporate Counsel will provide legal support to the Company and implement strategic legal initiatives. This role is responsible for managing domestic and international contracts with customers, business partners, vendors, and suppliers; coordinating internally and with outside counsel on litigation, patent, trademark, and human resources matters; and assisting with general corporate legal matters. Primary Responsibilities: Review and negotiate agreements with customers and business partners in the agrochemical industry. Review and negotiate agreements with vendors, including agreements with raw materials suppliers and agreements for the procurement of equipment, supplies, and services. Review and negotiate agreements related to construction and capital projects. Support patent and intellectual property matters. Provide research, analysis and advice on general corporate matters, as requested. Manage master contracts process and tracking system. Other related duties and special projects as assigned. Requirements Juris Doctorate from an ABA certified law school Bar admittance in the State of Oklahoma Minimum of 10 years of direct experience in a similar role Ability to take ownership, take initiative and act with urgency in a fast-paced environment Ability to identify problems and efficiently work to implement solutions Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with Company stakeholders Excellent oral and written communication and decision-making skills Strong organizational skills Experience in the agrochemical industry preferred but not required.
