Job Description 🧭 Job offer body – Mission description This is where your greatest challenge awaits: Within the Corporate Internal Audit team, you are responsible for the proper execution of audit assignments and for supervising team members in the field. In close collaboration with management, you incorporate the objectives of each assignment into the audit work program and ensure their achievement, while delivering reliable and well-supported conclusions. Your responsibilities The Senior Corporate Internal Auditor is involved in strategic and compliance audits of subsidiaries (Hotel Headquarters and New Businesses) as well as Group functions. Key responsibilities include: Supervising and mentoring less experienced team members in the field, while sharing methodological and technical expertise Actively participating in audit reviews while ensuring appropriate supervision and communication throughout the assignment Ensuring, on behalf of management, the reliability of audit conclusions and the proper application of audit methodologies Conducting written reviews of completed work to both support team development and ensure the achievement of assignment objectives Managing on-site relationships with auditees Co-leading, together with management, the final issuance of audit reports including the associated action plans Contributing to the continuous improvement and update of audit tools and methodologies (procedures, operational guidelines, audit tools and work programs) These responsibilities are indicative and may evolve depending on the needs of the department. Qualifications And you? Education & Experience Master’s degree / MBA / Bachelor’s degree +5 (Business School, University or equivalent). A first experience of 3 to 4 years in audit, gained within an audit firm or an internal audit department, is required. Languages Fluent English is required. A second language would be considered a plus.
