For the headquarters we are looking for an audit professional (m, f, d) as a Senior Corporate Lead Auditor Aufgaben Responsible for ensuring the quality of internal audit work / Establishing compliance in accordance with the group methodology standards as well as its strategies and directives / Ensuring the planning, execution and delivery of high quality audits / Ensuring an impartial assessment of the effectiveness of the group’s internal control system / Leading audit teams to assess business/information technology risks / Determine adequacy of related internal controls by assuming responsibility for the agreed audit coverage / Documenting audit observations, recommendations for the managers and prepare audit reports for the Head of Internal Audit / Supporting the audit team members and digitally enabled audit execution / Support senior management to identify control deficiencies and fulfill their governance responsibilities / Ensuring the effectiveness of operations, completeness and accuracy of financial reporting and operational information, compliance with group policies and guidelines / Support compliance reviews / Driving innovation to ensure high-quality and value-adding / Special reviews and assignments. Qualifikation Master’s or Bachelor's degree in business administration or accounting / Fully qualified auditor (ACCA, CPA or CIA) / Auditor with one of the BigFour or audit expertise gained from a global company / Broad business experience and relevant work experience in audit, controls or risk management / Strong analytical skills / Experienced as a global acting auditor working with global teams (travel up to 30%) / Developed leadership skills and ability to maintain a positive attitude / International mindset / Understanding of data analytics / Good SAP Knowledge (finance modules) / Fluent in English, German as an advantage.
