Senior Corporate Officer - Your Role :

  • End-to-end corporate management: Daily follow-up, company lifecycle management from incorporation to liquidation, and compliance with legal obligations.
  • Direct client interaction: Regular exchanges with international clients, handling various requests, and understanding financial statements.
  • Regulatory compliance: KYC obligations and drafting contracts based on templates.
  • Participation in board meetings: Drafting minutes and occasional accounting entries if needed.
  • Versatility and autonomy: Working on diverse tasks without constant supervision, within a structured and traditional setting.

Senior Corporate Officer - Your Profile:

  • Proven experience: At least 5 years in Corporate services (fiduciary, PSF, SOPARFI).
  • Fluent in French and English: Comfortable communicating with clients and drafting corporate documents.
  • Independent and meticulous: Able to manage a portfolio autonomously, with no interest in managerial roles.
  • Appreciation for a traditional work environment: Ideal for professionals seeking stability and classic working methods.

Senior Corporate Officer - What We Offer :

  • Attractive salary: Up to €80,000 gross per year, depending on experience.
