About the role:

In this role, you will take full responsibility for the entire recruiting process – with plenty of creative freedom and real influence. At the same time, you will actively contribute to shaping how we collaborate and develop as a recruiting organization.

As part of an international team, you will work closely with various European markets and business units. This means you'll gain strategic insights, work on diverse topics, and have the opportunity to make a real impact.

About your tasks: 

• You manage the entire end-to-end recruiting process for various corporate functions across multiple European locations.
• You proactively build strong talent pipelines – through sourcing and creative, innovative approaches.
• You are a trusted sparring partner for hiring managers, providing advice on an equal footing, conducting interview training, and ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
• You work in a data-driven manner, question existing approaches, and continuously develop our recruiting strategies, processes, and culture.
• You will drive the use of AI in recruiting, test new tools, optimize workflows and contribute concrete ideas to take our team to the next level.

About you:

• Several years of experience in in-house recruiting with a strong focus on corporate/office functions in international environments
• You work confidently with senior stakeholders, influence hiring decisions, and act with a high degree of personal responsibility.
• Practical experience with modern ATS systems (e.g., SmartRecruiters) and HR systems (e.g., Workday), as well as a strong interest in the use of AI and new technologies in recruiting.
• You have successfully filled demanding roles and consistently deliver high-quality hires even in challenging markets.
• Fluent English and German skills
