Job Summary RJW Logistics is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead hiring efforts for our growing Technology, Engineering and Systems teams. This role will focus on attracting top talent for critical positions such as Engineers, Systems Analysts, Technical Project Managers and IT Infrastructure professionals. As RJW continues to evolve its logistics and warehouse network, you’ll play a key role in building the teams that power our next generation of efficiency and innovation. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated recruiter who thrives in a high-growth environment.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Partner with Engineering, IT, and Technical Operations leaders to identify current and future talent needs. * Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and engineering roles across multiple business units. * Develop targeted sourcing strategies to attract highly skilled candidates through job boards, professional networks, social media and direct outreach. * Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future technical hiring needs. * Conduct in-depth screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with technical requirements and RJW’s culture. * Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview strategies and selection criteria. * Maintain accurate candidate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide hiring metrics and insights to stakeholders. * Assist with additional searches outside of IT/Technical roles as needed   Qualifications * 4+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on technical, engineering or IT roles (in logistics, manufacturing, or related industries preferred). * Proven ability to source and engage passive technical talent through multiple * channels. * Strong understanding of technical skill sets (software, systems, automation, data or engineering disciplines) * Excellent communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills * Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. * Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, GitHub, etc.).
