JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Corporate Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team.   • Proficiency in social media management for recruitment purposes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on employee relations and candidate engagement.
  • Familiarity with campus recruitment strategies and techniques.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates effectively.
  • Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices related to recruitment and sourcing.
  • Experience using tools like Lever for managing recruitment processes is advantageous.

  • Leverage HR sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates and expand the talent pool.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate the selection process while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
