Description
Key Responsibilities 1) Relationship Management * Act as the primary point of contact for assigned corporate clients. * Build long-term trusted relationships with key decision makers (CFOs, Finance Directors, Treasurers). * Conduct regular client visits to understand business cycles, cash flows, and banking needs. * Ensure high client satisfaction and retention. 2) Business Development & Revenue Growth * Grow portfolio revenues through cross-selling of working capital & term loans, trade finance products, Cash management & CASA mobilization, Treasury & FX solutions, Acquire new-to-bank corporate relationships. * Prepare high-quality credit proposals and annual reviews. * Analyze financial statements, cash flows, and industry risks. * Monitor account conduct, limits utilization, and early warning signals. * Ensure portfolio quality within bank’s risk appetite. 3) Credit & Risk Management 4) Portfolio Monitoring * Track client performance versus projections. * Follow up on overdue payments, documentation, and covenant compliance. * Maintain updated client files and KYC documentation. 5) Internal Coordination * Coordinate with Credit, Trade Finance, Operations, and Treasury teams for seamless service delivery. * Expedite client requests and ensure timely turnaround.   Knowledge:  Minimum 10 years of experience in Corporate Banking Or Investment Banking Credit Course is mandatory CFA will be a plus    Skills and experience:  Financial analysis  Negotiation skills  Relationship management skills  Portfolio management and problem solving
