Responsibilities Lead the development, implementation and continuous enhancements of the Corporate Crisis, Business Continuity Management and Organisational Resilience Framework Act as a Centre of Excellence providing risk-based advisory and assurance support to Business Units and Functions to embed effective risk and crisis management Plan and deliver Second Line of Defence assurance and advisory reviews with a focus on crisis management and organisational resilience Develop corporate standards and policy management as well as ensure the readiness of crisis documentation, facilities and systems Manage annual corporate crisis management exercises along with training and awareness programmes Conduct ongoing risk scanning to identify emerging resilience risks and improvement opportunities Collaborate with risk management and assurance teams to develop an integrated risk, resilience and assurance strategy Support corporate reporting on risk & resilience, and participate in other strategic initiatives as required Requirements Degree in Engineering / Business / Risk Management or a relevant discipline Possession of relevant qualifications in resilience, business continuity or risk management from internationally recognised institutions is preferred A minimum of 10-12 years’ relevant experience, of which 4 years should be at managerial level Proven expertise in crisis management, business continuity, risk and governance frameworks in large corporates or organisations.
